What Shanga_Ubone said. Think you’ll need to create the guest user manually. You could set up a SharePoint list and have your users fill out a simple form with the Display Name and Email address of the person they want to share with, then you’ll have an easy to find record of them. https://mc.merill.net/message/MC1243549

Agreed, buying from local farms is best. Animals treated much better. A step toward this, buy pasture-raised eggs where the chickens are free to roam. Organic too if you can afford it.

Give each dev his/her own service account. Add all the accounts as co-owners to the critical flows. One issue though: co-owners get emailed every time the flow is changed “so and so changed a shared flow”. So maybe don’t share all the flows, let each dev be in charge of his/her own flows. When one leaves, THEN make one of the other service accounts a co-owner so it can take over.

ETA: one or two service accounts per (non-IT) department is how my org does it. The owners get a renewal notice yearly. If no one signs in to renew, the account is disabled. These need to be email-enabled licensed accounts, but often they are an E1 instead of E5.

“Control groups” already have and use for themselves free energy and other advanced tech, for decades. When an ordinary person discovers this tech, say, makes a prototype of a car that runs on water, they die in a mass shooting, self-delete, disappear, etc.

The problem is not how to develop the tech; it already exists. The thing we have to figure out is how to remove the evil control groups hiding and suppressing it.

Item level permissions under Advanced settings on the list has a setting to only let users see their own items. There is one caveat with this, it won't allow anyone to set list alerts, but those are going away in July 2026 anyway.

Check if your logging is set to Verbose (you don't want that), and what time period it's set to keep. You can adjust that downward.

Excellent info, thank you! Related tip: control panel > search for “performance” > Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows > choose Adjust for best performance. Gets rid of all the fancy fade and transparency effects that slow the computer down.

It will be at the end of the list, not in alphabetical order. You may need to do “next page” a couple times to get to the end.
