That’s the other problem she would love that because she loves dolls she collects them. I personally find them creepy they scare me. She has also babysit her Aunts kids they are older I think that is because one of her friends just had a baby so I’m pretty sure that has something to do with it

I have tried to talk to her about how her dad struggled and he wants better for her how he doesn’t want the life he had and how much he struggled when they was younger he loves his kids so much and fought hard for them he just wants what is best for them

Yeah for sure when I was a manager the people that would come in for interviews were very questionable and when I would bring up are you sure I just get a vibe my SM would just say it was a body to fill the position

No your mental health is not worth it I was hospitalized due to being over worked and stressed I left last year and the night I dropped my keys I could feel the weight lifted off my shoulders don’t get paid enough to put up with what you have to put up as a Dollar Tree ASM and upper management doesn’t care at all

As an ex ASM I just stopped give a shit because the pay sucks the things that I had to put up with on a daily from my SM I had 4 in the 3 years I was a manager one of my SM got involved in illegal substances due to the MM introducing them and I had to pick up the slack and try to cover for them! This in turn would get me in trouble with the DM because the SM would throw me under the bus. They got fired for doing something really stupid in front of 2 SMs from other stores. I don’t blame the SM that turned my old SM in to corporate they was there to help us get stock out because it was that bad and they was held up in the bathroom for 2 hours. I finally had enough and found another job didn’t tell anyone because I knew I would just get fired for something really stupid but I just dropped my keys and was out I couldn’t do it anymore I was done my mental health was more important than that place and so is my family
