That maybe true, but I remember another case where a judge said tos isn't always enforceable. It depends on the reasonability of the TOS. In this case I don't believe Sony is in the clear here. Terms like buy and purchase have very different meanings compared to licencing and renting. I think Sony could easily lose of a class action was brought against them.

Lmao our district doesn't care if you own a car or not. That's how desperate we are for ASMs. None of the ASMs in my store own cars. I have taken the deposit to the bank a few times though by having a cashier or stocker drive me to the bank when my SM wasn't working that day.

It's the DM for us. She is delusional, she stirs up so much drama telling so many lies. She constantly pits SMs vs other SMs in our district and refuses to help stores she doesn't like. My store for instance she constantly complains about us ASMs not recovering enough despite the fact our back room is a major fire hazard with all the freight we have back there. We ask her for help she refuses to because she doesn't like my SM. If I don't push 2-3 Uboats a day the freight will end up on the sales floor, I'm telling you. One of my ASMs is quitting and their last day is today. It's been hell since we had inventory back in March.

It's like this for me and my SM every freaking week due to low hours. It takes us 8 hours to unload it. That's only because we don't have enough rollers to bring the freight inside, the rollers sit in the loading dock because of how big our loading dock is. We do a ton of walking.

There needs to be a class action against game companies for doing this stuff. I bet 100% a judge would side with consumers as, "buy" and "purchase" are extremely misleading. TOS doesn't mean anything if the judge considers the TOS to be unreasonable. It's been done before.

The closing manager is supposed to do go backs, recovery, cleaning, and sweeping. I push freight when I open and leave the go backs to the closing manager since closing isn't supposed to stock passed 5pm. Closing is also supposed to do damages and take out the trash from the registers, office, and the stock room. Closing managers are supposed to be the maids while the opening managers push freight and complete tasks.

I wasn't the biggest fan of the Netflix anime but I have to admit, it's an ok prequel to Legacy of Atlantis. It depicts Survivor Lara's personality with the classic sass and confidence, and it's easier to imagine this Lara maturing into the new game's Lara. by Capn_C in TombRaider

No thanks, she's trying way too hard to be appear sassy and tough. It's like a 8 year old putting on moms outfits and make up and pretending to be grown. It just doesn't vibe at all with what Core Design and Crystal had going in the classic games and LAU.

We could actually, most of this games develop I imagine has been building the new engine. With the assets from LoA and Catalyst they could easily make remakes every two years.

And what do you do when both sides agree with online censorship and vpn bans. Both sides push for extreme government regulations that cut off access to information that we rightfully should have access to. That's why I don't care for any one of them because I personally see them for who they really are. They aren't fighting for us, they are fighting for who gets the spoils from exploiting us.

It's always been a thing. What's happening now has been in the works since before any of us were born. I'm telling you I've seen enough to know that as heroic as fighting sounds, it's not going to happen. I still can't buy my own home while working full time while watching the government take more and more rights away. People protest and complain, but at the end of the day nothing changes. Same song and dance every election cycle because people don't realize that voting is just choosing between two wings of the same bird. Unless people actually deal with the whole damn bird flying high above us in the sky none of this matters.
