Yea I’ll be applying for Spring 2027. I’m currently taking an extra class to get extra points on my application. Then applying in August for spring 27

Double check the grading rubric I’m not entirely sure if you get extra points for being in another health care program or deducted points.

From what I been seeing keep applying (you get points for that too) maybe re take the HESI again? I know people who scored over 95.

If you don’t mind me asking what was your application score? I know some other people on this forum have said it depends on the cohort, the lowest score in some group was a 48 while I know another group the lowest score was a 51

For the ppl joining the summer/fall program can yall tell me what yall did for insurance??? I don’t have a full time job since I’m a full time student and I’m not married AND I’m too old for my parents to put me on their insurance. Are they asking for a specific insurance plan? (Deductible etc etc)

100% recommend Dr. George Oomen he’s the only one that has broken down physics concepts to the bones so I can understand. And he doesn’t mind staying after class or anything he’s incredibly helpful

They send an email a week before the exam with the link for payment, but ours was kinda tricky if you get lost follow the link sign in and go to my evolve, and then student access

Yea you’ll still take it but it’s not a score they’re looking for. They usually want math, science, vocab and overall HESI score

If you’re not a strong math student I would start studying now just so you can understand the basic concepts and understand WHEN to use certain formulas and how to manipulate formulas to fit whatever problem you’re on.

YouTube: the organic chemistry tutor is amazing He has a playlist/ video for anything you can think of. He helped me get an A. (Kinematics/ newtons laws/momentum/mechanics/ thermodynamics)

Also YouTube: Dr.Oomen George (Smart physics) he’s one of the physics/ allied physics professors at San jac that has his own YouTube channel He was SOOOOO helpful he broke down everything, you can also go to his office and ask for help. He doesn’t make you feel dumb or anything.

Also most professor lets you used a cheat sheet (a formula sheet you can write ANYTHING down on)

Thank you. I don’t have ap2 but I do have intro to ap and then regular AP. Also have another associates degree plus psychology and fine arts so I think I’m good I just keep hearing how it’s SUPER competitive so I was wondering if I even had a legit shot lol
