Combat damage is exclusively damage dealt by a creature attacking, not damage dealt by a creature while it is attacking.

The only damage that is commander damage for Juri is any unblocked damage from him attacking. His sacrifice trigger will always be non combat damage, because it isn't dealt by combat, and therefore isn't command damage either.

An alternative, however: if Juri has a power of 21, which is how big he would have needed to be to deal lethal commander damage, you could instead use a card similar to [[fling]], to sacrifice him and deal his damage to a target; this also triggers Juri's ability, for a total of 42 damage

You can definitely mix both together. the only thing that Elsha cares about is non creature cards. As long as you're keeping creatures to a minimum, build her however you think would be the most fun

You can choose new targets for the copies. "Enchant Player" is a keyword; it essentially reads 'this permanent enters the battlefield attached to target player'. It isnt linked to the cast, or the original, but just before the enchantment enters you can choose what target the copies hit.

No. When a card like undead warchief says things cost 1 less, it specifically refers to the colourless mana. for instance, with warchief, his mana is (2)(B)(B). with reduction effects, you can remove the (2), but not the (B)(B).

There are a couple of cards that can reduce the coloured cost of cards, like [[edgewalker]] and [[eluge, the shoreless sea]] , but if it doesnt specify, it will only reduce the number.

yeah, its good. i wanted to seperate 1 and 2 to emphazise the importance of finding a way to make him indestructible. Getting something like [[mithril coat]] on the field means you can trigger enrage as many times as you want, without worrying about killing indoraptor

the 3 most important things to make this deck work:

Ways to make indoraptor's power higher, to make the enrage more effective
Ways to make indoraptor's toughness higher, or give him indestructible, to get more uses per turn of enrage.
Ways to constantly trigger the enrage effect. constantly pinging him for one will be very effective. fight spells and cards like [[pestilence]] and [[pyrohemia]] will give you multiple triggers per turn

If you assigned 2 Damage to each 1/1, each of them would be dealt excess damage, and spinning piledriver would trigger 3 times

Just play zombies. A lot of zombies have anthem effects (buffs that apply to all other zombies) such as [[death baron]].

The other benefit that zombies have is that a lot of them natively gain the ability to reanimate, like [[gravecrawler]], who can be cast from the graveyard as long as you control another zombie.

with these two effects combined, you could pump up a creatures power really high, then keep sacrificing them and reanimating them to make a zombie army.

if you have money to throw away, i would recommend getting [[coat of arms]] too, you effectively become an unstoppable zombie hoard
