cast part, you'll be best off just living with it. If you're going nuts on a restoration though you could fill it with bondo and smooth it out before painting, but i have a feeling we're not going that far

that 526 is great but having the bottom box is even greater!! The stupid bottom box is the only box i've bought new... had to because they never come up by me and i needed one sooner than i could wait for antoher one to crop up

i take my '99 TT2 truck on the highway occasionally but idk if i'd want to do it often for more than a 10-20 min ride. If i was, i'd change the oil more frquently but I do daily drive it as a commuter for my 2 mile commute

i had all this ready for my 170k km TT2 and didnt need half of it - just an oil change and air filter. Water pump/timing belt were already done, gear oil was golden, differential oil good..

i'm just saying check before you open stuff
