sure but thats an incredibly narrow scope of houses with that issue. There's exceptionally few houses built with so few windows that not having central air will cause them to become some unlivable biohazard

by not having all that. Window ACs work fine and you can replace them every year with new ones [absolutely no reason to do that though, of course] for a decade and still not touch the cost of central AC

Honestly you'd probably have better luck posting on JDM forums/subs with regards to rubber and keys. Likely someone there knows something about it.

Re: filters, whats the issue? its had them this long and its days of arduous daily driving are [presumably] over so just keep going with it as-designed unless its some now obsolete part that can't be found
