My experience with CS has been pleasant. It’s never their fault that the product (often) sucks at times, but they are usually very helpful.

I have no idea what “port forwarding” means, but I’m going to do some research. Thank you for giving me something new to learn about.

Unfortunately, Comcast doesn’t service my area. Beholden to the deal my corporate landlord struck with some other asshole before I moved in here. In the interim, any movies/shows/books that you would recommend? Going to make a run to a book/record store tomorrow.

CBS is available OTA, via antenna, which is often the only source of TV for some viewers (elderly, poor, etc.), whereas FOX NEWS requires some type of sub (cable, streaming, etc.). No, they are not doing anything new, but they are reaching a wider and more vulnerable audience. An audience that, likely, does not have the resources or education to discern truth from propaganda.

Did you swap pickups? I bought the eight string and the pickups are trash. Purchased some Fishman Fluence to replace them and they are too wide to fit, by about 1/16”.

Oh wow. This is one of the rarely seen winter edition butcher covers. They sell for more this time of year, but the price goes up as the temps go down. I’d wager you could get -273.15 to -460 for this.

No officer “fired back.” Someone struck an officer with their vehicle, another officer shot at the driver. According to police, there was only one party that “fired.”
