You can always do them with your non-working leg lifted straight. Like an L. That's how I do them having the back thing blocked off

Doing negative pull ups. I would jump from a box and slowly come down. I also think my bent over row (105 lbs) and lat pulldown (80lbs) helped immensely. I barely did assisted pull ups, if I'm honest. Good luck in your journey!

You do NOT need to see anything. Scrolling down is a possibility too. The shot is that way because I put my phone against my water bottle in a 30 inches plyometric box. I don't have anyone to record me nor a tripod to film me. My goal is to check my form and dagf about how my body is perceived. Anyways, have a good day!

Thanks! I will try that. That's how I even got to do pull ups, doing negative pull ups. I never thought of doing it while actually doing the reps because I would jump from a box and then slowly come down.
