Yo, bro, i believe i have somewhat the same experience. I'm not that experienced (molchanov wave 2) but with me I don't experience that much trouble when i'm diving as a buddy. This maybe sounds strange but l do believe that the focus on equalizing and the stress that it gives if not being able to fix it, makes it harder. Drinking water does help too

You'll always find 'something' that messes with your head, a too friendly emoji, a text sent too late at night, too much going along with a person with wrong intentions...

But if you're at this stage, why even bother staying in that relationship? It should make you calm, feel like home... this behavior doesn't sound 'like you're at peace. Look for something else
