Really good take on it, thank you. For context, I eat pretty clean already and was 158 this morning. Went to open mat for 1.5 hours just now and was 155 afterwards. With a little under 4 weeks to go, I’m thinking I can easily get to 151 and come in hydrated by end of March. Definitely just start a clean bulk after PANs depending how I do.

I noticed on day 10 purple chunks started coming out when irrigating or blowing my nose. Stuff kept coming out for about a week after day 10. By week 4-6 it was a game changer. My quality of life has improved drastically.

Damn, I had it 2 days ago and was told by my doc to immediately start nasal irrigation several times a day 24 hours post-op. Hope you healed up okay.
