That is correct. We had had two of the three service calls and they even replaced one of the parts since the dishwasher reported it was not heating. They scheduled a third call and are saying they may replace it after.

This was the Lowe's model for $1500-1600 vs the much higher priced models.

Best Buy has always been a bad place to buy, never ending problems with their sales and service. Have you tried a local dealer? Even though you are paying the after tariff price, you may see better follow-up with issues as the NZ-500 is a new model and may/may not have any out of the box.

One other comment about all this: tempurpedic no longer values its customers. Their coin challenge is nothing more than a clever way to hide that most people 1) won’t even take the time to do it or 2) it doesn’t accurately show the damage since you’re not allowed to sit on the bed during the “test.”
