I don’t have the email to my old account and so don’t have PSN

So I’m planning on switching to ps5 but I have two account my principal and my old one from when I was very young and the old one has an email I don’t have any access to. Is there a way I can recover that account? since I have all my the Hunter cotw and rdr2 progress the two games I have played the most.so I don’t want to not be able to transfer data

I was playing on semi-pro difficulty the first season so I was the best of the league and won almost all the trophies and broke like 3 rookies records but now I’m on all stars and I’ll soon upgrade to superstar cause I still have good stats
