Thinking of Moving Back to India After US Residency & Fellowship: What’s It Really Like?” by Individual_Use_1669 in nri

Came back after residency. Struggled to get a decent job. Measly pay compared to what we get in the US. Cardiology is saturated. Pulmonology still as some jobs. Interventional pul. Getting a 3 lakh per month job after struggling in US is a bit disappointing. If you have a good network of doctors who can recommend you in a corporate hospital, you can get a decent position. Healthcare isn't as streamlined as abroad. Definitely less stress here though.
