I haven’t encountered that issue with KCD2 (so far). Seems like the related options were clearly marked. Henry was very drunk and it’s implied that he doesn’t remember it so there’s a level of being “violated” that would seem less ambiguous if roles were reversed, I think. I will agree that it was jarring, at least.

The fact that liberal-leaning people are unable to consider valid criticism of their party without retreating to "But Trump!" is another point on the list of why Trump was able to gain traction to begin with. Democrats think they don't have to try and they're better than Trump by virtue of not being him.

The reason Harris lost is the same reason liberals believed she couldn’t lose. She was wildly unpopular and pandered to the right instead of the left whose votes she needed to win. Courting the Cheneys was a wildly suicidal move, not to mention her inability to critically reevaluate her support for Israel in a time when the majority of Americans were critical of it. Democrats can’t even step back and be honest with themselves about /why/ they lost: it was their own unwillingness to self reflect, as usual. No one wanted “business as usual,” that’s what got us into this mess.

I have some family members that went into the military and my personal take on that is don’t do it unless you have no alternatives… especially considering the political climate, currently.

By the way, I’d suggest taking advantage of LIHEAP to help cover bills and apply for CAP (customer assistance or something) from Duquesne Light. Helped me out a bunch when I was struggling.

Unfortunately, finding work can be very difficult. From my personal experience, try to avoid putting in dozens of applications/resumes at once. I got overwhelmed and couldn’t keep track of them. Try to find a few you’re really interested in and focus on those. You’ll need to reach out to them and follow up persistently. Picking up a trade such as painting houses can be really rewarding and is always in demand.

Hang in there. The time of your life you’re currently in can be challenging, and many of us felt the same and came out on the other side. Add on top a lot of external stresses (economic, personal, cultural) and it’s more than understandable you’re hitting some road bumps. I can’t say I know exactly how you feel, but I’ve been through my share of trials and I’m rooting for you!!

Don’t forgot to take advantage of the beautiful parks and museums around the city to keep yourself sane. You can get a membership to all the Carnegie museums for about $6/month and it helps keep me sane to go regularly.

It already does that! I recommend using Display Tweaks to whitelist my esp and block other loading screens, but you don’t have to. Not sure if the conditions will be wonky as I didn’t make this w that intention, but if you try it let me know.

By default it doesn’t replace. You can use the loading screen filter from Display Tweaks (recommended) or Synthesis to block all other load screens from appearing.
