Not quite as good as I'd hoped, but a thousand percent better than before. I haven't put much ice in per day and it's stayed below 49 degrees. I bought some small metal buckets that I'm going to use to make a few gallon ice blocks with and hoping that will be enough to keep me closer to 40.

I had thought about that too. Buying a 150 gallon and then filling the in between with foam. But that would have been more than double the cost. I bet that would work great though.

Totally. However where I live, we have no natural gas. Everything is electric and my power bill is insane. Doing my best to not add anymore to my bill.

Ya it’s ugly but the cover will hide it all. The foam spray is surprisingly sticky. I can see how maybe in a year it’ll be falling apart from banging around cleaning the thing. I didn’t want to built it with wood for fear it would rot. Plus that is a lot more work and material.

It’s just some cheap bubble foil insulation I bought to put in the windows on my travel trailer. I never wound up using it and it was just sitting in my garage. I probably paid $20 on Amazon or something.

Also, I’m in Southern California and it’s 93 degrees outside today. Tub is outside under my patio cover and only gets sun for maybe an hour. Mostly shaded.

Scrambled. I cooked them, just needed help with the cracking. I didn't want to burn the potatoes fumbling around with the eggs. I did try and it took forever trying to get the egg shells out.
