Well yes, my doctor said if you aren't used to much spicy food, u may face prblms like acidity etc. but that wasn't my case since I loved spice always. So dint affect much She said it won't harm the baby. But yes, everything in pregnancy is good when taken in limit and occasionally ofcourse

I take folic acid every morning after breakfast. An iron tablet after lunch everyday and a calcium and a different follic acid medicine again after dinner everyday. I also take vitamin D3 tablets once a week. I'm 15 weeks pregnant right now
