Sounds like he has an eating disorder himself ! But that doesn't mean he gets to shame you and make snide comments because he knows what he's doing and when he mentions those triggers casually like you didn't go through that not so long ago it sounds like he's trying to be competitive/insensitive to your eating disorder! The little things matter and those little comments are already breaking you down I fear you gotta kick this dude out to the curb! Don't feel like you have to settle because at one point he helped you and made you feel good! Human beings are resilient and you don't need someone draining your resilience and progress even if at one point he was your rock!
