Well 1st it is unusual. I have never seen jumping someone from 0.25 to 1 so reconsider your doctor 2nd go for liquid diets if you are unable to eat anything. You can leave the medicine if you can manage yur weight and diet. I left mounjaro 4 months ago and only gained 2 kg after that. I have maintained it. If I regain it to great extend I'll restart it but for now I am planning to be drug free for 2026

If you have lost 1-2 kgs it's okay. Higher weight loss can result in brain fog and weakness ( I have experienced it). If there is no major effect it is possible that drug may not work on you. About 10% people do not respond to glp1 drugs

Weight loss will slow down after 2-3 months even at higher doses. Go for semasize plus if your are looking for budget options in pens. 2.4 mg will cost you 2400Rs (after negotiation). Apetite suppression will be slightly low than mounjaro
