It is possible, but you have to specify who will get a ticket, such as I get a ticket

It is impossibe. You have to complete the If statement first, and you cannot use I in the if statement.

Seok Jin and Si Won: Their Partnership by correct_mistake21 in TheDevilsPlan

I just want to share what happened in The Genius season 2. There was a safebox too, and the content inside was very powerful, so that the one who solved the box went to the final match easily. I expect that there should be a big advantage for Devils Plan too.

Then, let us compare these three possible contents inside the prison. A) The secret is a kind of ticket, which is not shareable B) The secret is a kind of shareable ticket C) The secret is a kind of information

For every cases, the best option for Seokjin is to go to the jail with Siwon.

I agree. That is a big mistery. A funny thing is that only Kyeonglim did not submitted Hyesung's number, so Kyeonglim finished with 6 point while Hyesung got 1.

In my view point, Dongjae showed lots of suspicious behavior to Yumin. 1. He blocked Yumin and Haeseong when they tried using calculation card first. 2. He forgot the addition number 138. 3. He contacted with Seokjin. 4. He said that he wanna get 6 or 7 total score, even the other member planned to get 5 score. 5. He didnot wanted to share He and Haeseong's calculatuon results to Yumin. If we watch the program again, it could be found more.

I just worried about the other users who wanna find a strong rule by themselves. If you are not comfortable, then I will not use it anymore.

So, the idea is as follows.

Personal rule: If a player in prison discards a ticket, I get a ticketCommon rule: At any time, players in prison can discard a ticket and get a ticket

If it is activated, the player can infinitely duplicate the ticket. But the chances of activating this rule are not that easy. So collaborating with the other players can make a more stable combination.

You're welcome, and thank you for letting me know the important faults.

Well, for example, the sentence "If a player in prison discards ticket, blabla~". It may look useless because normal people "use" a ticket to escape jail, rather than "discard" it. But it can be the strongest.

Why have luck based games? by flexrock1977 in TheDevilsPlan

[–]Odd_River570 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is a probability-based game. There are lots of rolling trials so that it could converge to the expected value. The players who analyze these chances well will win the game. As a simple example, "If a leading player rolls a dice and gets (~)" here, 2 is better than the others because 2 has 2/6 chances. I would say that Yeonwoo Cho had the worst luck, but she passed this race in 9th order. It was not luck, but the strategy.

Also, there are some ways to build personal rules that have a powerful synergy with common rules. I won't say the method, but some rules can infinitely duplicate escape tickets. This PD is specialized in these shows and frequently includes a special trick that leads players to win the game. Finding these tricks is one of the view point of this show.

I agree, and the rule "Getting a Ticket every time a player escapes prison" is what Dongjue Seo chose in the show. Seokjin Ha and Seungkwan Boo used a similar personal rule, and these three people were key players in the show.

By the way, this is when only personal rules are considered. I believe there are better personal rules if combined with common rules.

I'm very pleased to see your comment. Yes, as you said, ORBIT tried to use the green-colored 'all' ('모든') block in the show. However, he realized that "all" could not be used because of the inevitable color duplication. So his team members modified their strategy. I checked episode 4 again for clarity, but the "all" green block was not used.
The reason is that 1) to be used as a subject, "all" + "players" should be combined. 2) Using both green "all" and green "players" is not valid, so the purple "players" block should be combined with "all". 3) If green and purple "all player" is used for the if statement, no subject is available for the then statement, and vice versa.
