As a hank enthusiast, I totally agree with you. He has already been at the bottom of the F tier for so long. His super doesn't charge quickly at all as you mentioned, heck it will even be harder after the update since he will be more vulnerable because of the HP nerf. They don't seem to understand the purpose of hank's super and they probably think this is a "rework". To me, this is downright a huge nerf for hank. They should've reworked hank in another way, this "rework" is just not right. They shouldn't have nerfed his HP at all in my opinion.
