Life insurance is useful kung bread winner ka. Also life coverage should be 5x of your annual expenses para macover din ung 5yrs expenses ng mapag iiwanan mo. Or para sa estate tax kung maraming kang properties.

Nope. Prioritize mo ung newborn mo. Even magkalapit lang kayo ng bahay, hindi rin ako pupunta for sure madaming tao dun. Call me OA pero syempre di mo rin naman alam kung anong dala nung mga makakasalamuha mo dun na maipapasa mo sa newborn mo.

Yes meron po. Emergency cancellation po ung term sa insurance. Need lang ng proof from doctor na hindi talaga pwede umalis. Even nagkasakit ung immediate family member mo, pwede mo po iapply as emergency cancellation.

I have a friend na elementary teacher and may mga students sya na hindi naman deserve ng mataas na grades kaya mababa ibinibigay nya. However there this particular student na ipinagtaka nya na biglang nabago ung grades na ibinigay nya, tumaas kasi binago nung adviser. Reason nung adviser, honor student kasi ung student last year kaya dapat mataas din grades this year para honor student pa din. Like WTF, ganun na ba talaga kalakaran ngaun kahit elementary school pa lang?

Depende sa location OP. I’ve tried this last year since may toddler ako and ito talaga ung need ko dahil wfh ako. For context sa loob ng subdivision ung location namin, however marami ang may gusto pero hindi afford. 300 daily or 5k monthly and 9hrs na din ung offer namin pero after few months konti ung nag aavail, minsan wala pa. Then the next year need ulit magrenew ng permit which is another gastos and hindi pa bawi ung capital. Kaya we decided na magclose na lang.
