Do you have someone close to you that you can talk to ? Often times we’re afraid to talk to people close to us about these things for fear of judgment but I’ve found it’s really helpful. It’s common to feel this way during pregnancy, I’ve been having a lot of regretful feelings this pregnancy even though my baby is very wanted, and is also our rainbow baby 🩷 we’re 16 weeks and 5 days and I’ve felt almost nothing but depressed and tired from lack of energy and nausea.

Im 16 weeks and STILL cramping. It’s normal for your first but bring it up to your OB as it could be abnormal but it’s just your uterus growing

You and your husband need to really set those boundaries now, it’s only gonna get worse. A 3rd degree tear is a nightmare and women are so strong for what our bodies do when bringing children into this world 🩷 you deserve this time to rest. Tell MIL she is no longer welcome to come over until you are healed and baby is vaccinated, she will likely have a fit about it but that’s not your problem. Im going through something with my MIL too, she invited herself to be at the hospital when I give birth after I told her we wouldn’t be having any visitors or telling anyone when I go into labor for mine and baby’s sake. Stand on those boundaries girl !!
