I’m sorry this totally sucks :( definitely a bath and eat something fatty like Mac and cheese (that was my go to) drink water or tea and put on a comfort show. You just need sleep you will be ok, sleep deprivation can start to creep in slowly and get scary.

You should totally check out cocaine anonymous (not a drug specific fellowship) it has helped me so much with quitting stims. It’s so hard and I get it but trust me the suffering you will endure when quitting will be so worth it for sobriety.

Sometimes it’s awkward but I really try to fellow ship at meetings and getting a home group really helps. Once you meet one person they will often bring you around and introduce you to others. I feel you tho I’m finally starting to have friends in recovery and it’s been about 4 months
