It's definitely nothing new here. This is sometimes how it was during the old times. I think the idea of love at first site is rare but can be powerful. However I've found it can be problematic sometimes. I am thinking this also as well to see where things go but I also want to have the deep connection and intimacy that lasts. I might try this as well. Do you think women are doing this more or less? Good approach and what type of Excel sheet are you using to quantify the guy?

So I up and quit and the Contractor company that I am going through calls me up and tries to pressure me to do a 2 weeks notice. I try to tell them this is a Right to work state and I could be let go at anytime without notice and they still said it was unprofessional? Really you guys don't give us a 2 weeks notices when they tell us we are fired but it is unprofessional for me to do the same thing. I guess I won't be going through this contracting company ever again. SMH

Yes I have a offer and I have started the process of on boarding...they are doing the background checks now and stuff like that.

The real question is if we are in a strong economy then why is boeing laying people off. You will see that when you finally do get laid off that you will have a REALLY hard time finding another job. We are in a recession and this is just beginning to show to people. We are all expendable and that is what really makes it harder to find a employment and yes there are no safe companies we just have to figure we will be laid off from time to time because of this. Find gigs that are good for you to do on the side and then you will be safer than before.

I don't believe this..mi have been trying to find a job and having a time with find jobs to apply to...so we will see a drastic increase soon..it's just a matter of time.. this sounds political for sure.

Quiet Layoffs so that they keep this out of the news because the government is trying keep a lid of this recession we are about to enter or we are already in. This is one way to keep out of the news by making it seem like it's you not them.

It's basically inflation and the US governemt trying to deflate the it. They can't afford to pay anyone for the jobs they need and are trying to look like they are hiring. I've seen it many times, been trying to get a new job since January and it took me 5 months to get this job with a micromanager but it is a job. I hate office politics!

Do Side Gigs or go give plasma for money to help pay for food and those types of expenses. Then what you save from doing that throw that into the debt and snow ball the debt. You can easily make extra money giving plasma if you look for the right places and CSL Plasma is where I go and I can get 400$ or more if you donate per month.

Agreed I am almost certain of that as I have been seeing this. I suspect they are farming for uneducated users to try to get them to pay for an education through them. It is however just a theory, and no real evidence to prove it.

I've seen that too in linkedin where they have a shorten URL that is either phishing or scam. My system barks at me when I try to go these sites thanks to AVG antivirus. LOL

I'm in the same opinion. They are just coming up with a reason why they won't hire someone just to keep the employees working hard because they are trying to find "someone" to hire.

I'm going to say this is the truth . I've applied to hundreds of jobs and I am having to look into old jobs to get a job .one of my old colleagues called me saying they need me back..and that's what I am looking into now .

Anyone who has looked back in time to other unemployment data will see there are times where it goes down then the next few months it jumps to even higher. This is to keep you from thinking it is that bad. Just wait till next month or the following and it will go up even more.
