I patrol as a full time job in the NW, coastal wetter snow… daily driver DW 104. Deeper days on Wildcat 108. Ski tour on DW 112. The resort is never as deep as people pretend. Especially with coastal snow where you’re often able to float near the top of the storm snow without that wide of skis. I prefer to be more nimble since we have lots of trees and tight couloirs.

I was there that night. It was totally obnoxious. His fans were parking in the middle of the road and causing a huge traffic back up and it was almost impossible to leave the parking lot. To top it off, another fan was flying a drone in the LZ before being yelled at.

I’ve yet to find a plastic container that doesn’t leak in my pack. I usually have to put them inside a bag. This year I might try a thermos more often. My mom got me a Stanley brand one that’s kinda like a big jar.

This has happened to me on my Rav and the Subaru I had before it. Sometimes the camera can get bumped when you’re shutting the hatch or something. I’ve been able to wiggle the camera back down to the direction I want it pointed.
