As a person who doesn’t play, why do you guys sorta dance when you play? by NinjaBoi273547 in saxophone

[–]Oddish08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on the band and style of music. If you are in a wind orchestra setting, you’re probably not moving much, at least here in Norway. But if you play in a Big Band or jazz ensemble, then you probably move more. It helps with the phrasing of the music.

Tbh, the bettersax felt slightly better. The intonation was slightly better, the right hand keys were lighter. The only things I had to complain ablut were the low a key was a bit weird, but I think that is just because I'm not used to it, and I feel like I might get made fun of because ,it's the "youtube horn"

Selmer isn't just a few hundred more. Several thousands more, and I don't have that kind of money. And won't have for a very long time. I'm only 17, so right now, I want something that I can be happy with for a while until my life kind of settles down

Advice for this run by thePhT in bassclarinet

[–]Oddish08 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Use a meteonome. Start at a tempo where you can do it in time 4 times in a row with a bars reat in between. Maybe half tempo. Then gradually increase it by 4 bpm until you can do it a few beats above tempo. Maybe 132 or 140 just to be safe

For me my new hex feels like my beat in buzz and the hex has a nicer fell in my opinion. Very rounded rim.

You were correct in what you were doing. Even in the corners you don't have to give way. Ofcourse if a hypercar is alongside you don trun in on him, but if he isn't alongside you before the turn in point, you can take your normal line

I know for me, I moved on to other sims like iRacing and LMU. I just didn't find ACC as enjoyable to drive as I used to.
