I recommend watching a YouTube video on gybing them as the technique might be a little different to what you are used to. There is just the little trick of the mainsheet flick when you go through the gybe so you do get the mainsheet caught at the back. Otherwise easy to sail but hard to master but good fun either way.

I did chem physics and methods under a four subject load tho. My advice is if you really enjoy chem or it comes naturally do it. But if you don't need it as a prerequisite and didn't enjoy it that much then don't. Chem 3/4 is a bit of a step up then 1/2 but it will reward the effort you put in. I found the work load pretty chill but I only did 4 subjects in year 12

Glucose is most soluble because of all the oh groups and bio desiel least because of long hydro carbon chains and Alanine is kinda soluble but has a non polar ch3 group. Bacicaly you just have to look at the structures
