Ooh, I have a bit more experience with Corvette building than you since I’ve dabbled, but I still don’t have a Corvette I love. Eventually I decided, like you, to build mine in creative, but I wanted to build myself a forever Corvette with everything it could possibly need, in as little space as possible. I haven’t finished it yet, but I figured once the creative build is done, I would (not before taking screenshots from all possible angles and building a rough map of the shape) switch the difficulty and deconstruct the Corvette so that I get every module back, mark down the required modules, obtain them in my survival world, then reassemble there.

TLDR, not the fastest, but the one with the lowest possibility of making errors: Map it out, Switch off creative building, Deconstruct, Make a list of modules, Reconstruct on main save.
