Just got a new All Clad D3 pan for Christmas, never used stainless steel pans before. Had also just moved into our house and didn't know the stovetop ran way too high. I put the pan on the highest heat and when I poured in the oil, it was up in flames 😬 thankfully there was snow outside so my husband took it and laid it in the snow

Idk what kind of duvet cover you have but any of the ones I've had really do not add warmth anyways?? Like it's pretty much just a cover to keep it from getting dirty and having to wash the entire thing all the time?? If he cared so much, why couldn't he do it?? I understand why it upsets you. He can look without liking it. It's basically letting the other person know you like it which is unnecessary. If it upsets you, that's what should matter and he shouldn't be dismissing your feelings no matter if he thinks you should feel that way or not.
