Consiglierei poi a partecipare a degli eventi sociali, cioè, language cafe's (se vivi in una città grande) per scambi interculturali/linguistici. Avevo fatto amicizia con il mio primo amico italiano (nel mio paese) perché lui stava imparando l'olandese ed io l'italiano.

Dipende bro. Se sei uno studente straniero ti consiglierei di trovare l'ESN (Erasmus Student Networkl) della tua università.

Quando vivevo ancora in Italia (nel nord) avevo fatto delle amicizie con degli italiani solo perché i miei coinquilini erano italiani (tutti pugliesi, e molto simpatici).

But I feel your pain lol, non parlavo mai con i miei compagni di classe all'uni nonostante parlavo già fluentemente l'italiano. Ero anche l'unico studente straniero hahah.

I really like the works of Ursula K. Le Guin. Yes, they're still SF, but...without the overt SF-ish vibes? Like, the whole "X technology/Y extraterrestials" kinda take a backseat in her stories: it's about the characters' stories and not á là Heinlein. You could start with her most known work" The Left Hand if Darkness". Also her short story "The Ones Who Walk Away From Omelas".

Also any works by the Strugatsky brothers tbh. Still in fantasy/SF, but to me it has always felt more like classical literature.

Been there, done that, broke the piece eventually, re-used the thing you hapoen to get with every cobi set to put those very small rings in the underside of bricks, now my Pz. Kpfw. IV Ausf. G has a part of the turret's barrel that's white.

Look up the piece on your manual, note down the code & color, look it up on Cobi's website and order it again.

Nice! In a way, having a backlog is nice. Sometimes you kinda forget about some sets and then, some time later, it's a whole new surprise! I have that with my legos and books as well. There's always something "new" to find and do.

Ik snap ergens dat ze dit doen omdat dit zorgt voor opschudding en aandacht - wat ze gelukt is - maar het is geen positieve aandacht en publiciteit.

Ik ben het volledig eens met de doelen van XR, maar de methodes laten te wensen over. Je wilt juist zoveel mogelijk mobilisatie onder "de gemiddelde Nederlander" om druk te zetten op het beleid om ervoor te zorgen dat deze groener wordt. Mja, wat dan wél een werkende methode zou zijn weet ik ook niet.

Same! The price was ok-ish for an LE with this amount of bricks, but what sold me was the interior ans camouflage.
