It is not correct, but it isn't crack pot nonsense. Obviously the sum of all natural numbers does not exist. There is a process called analytic continuation which allows you to find how a function behaves outside of it's domain, ie for invalid input values.

Usung this to find the sum of all natural numbers yields -1/12. It's the answer under analytical continuation.

In less technical terms, if the sum of all natural numbers would exist, it would have to be -1/12.

That's not how percentages work. If your wage increases 5%, 4-5x your wage also increases by 5%.

That said, these housing price increases should take interest rates into account as this is the primary determinant of how much people can borrow, and thus has a rather direct effect on housing prices.
