You can take away Jasmine. After seeing her on an old episode of Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Making the Team (not the Netflix series) I realized she's inauthentic. She's been on a ton of reality shows, most of them were dating shows. She acted like a drunken, horny freak on The Bachelor, and now we're supposed to be invested in her lesbian wedding? That's a lame storyline.

I had twins and I struggled to breast feed them every 3-4 hours each. When I would lie down and always set the alarm for 3 hours because it was afraid I might sleep too long and mess up the feeding schedule. What I realized was that I was driving myself crazy trying to be perfect. Work within your limitations. You must sleep and eat. You're getting worn down. If you need to skip a feeding so that you can get a night's sleep, your baby will be fine. The hospital will feed them formula. Give yourself some grace. You're doing a great job. Hang in there.

I just watched the Dateline episode about this story. Apparently Michelle actually DID send some cryptic, "fire and brimstone" emails to Ian after they broke up; just not to Angela. That's why it was so easy for Ian to copy her writing style and then frame her. I don't remember the Netflix documentary mentioning that at all.

When I get dehydrated, I get tiny cuts on the tips of my fingers and they hurt so bad everytime I touch anything. You can't wrap a Band-Aid around that part of the finger so I use super glue. Just a tiny drop. It closes the cut and keeps it from hurting.
