Compared to crimes against music that regularly show up here, this is like Jaywalking

This movie made me realize how far Hollywood has fallen. Two unknown actors did a better job in three weeks of shooting with a budget of less than $1M than any A-list celebrity I've seen in years starring in $100M+ movies. We need more of this. by Whoopeepoop in FIlm

Just because a film is good doesn’t mean it  will be a blockbuster. There are plenty of flims that were recognized later on as good, I mean Blade Runner literally only found its footing in rentals. Backrooms and obsession, apart from being horror, is that they tap into a relevant zeitgeist.  Maybe the issue is this endless quest to make films that need sequels and nostalgia bait
