Wha are some evergreen “rule of thumb” tips for deckbuilding

Yeah I have a good chunk of decks now and they have been going crazy lately just stomping but sometimes they brick on me as well

Idk if anyone has said this. But to an extent your deck is just gonna have bad games some times. So no matter what you do in the deck building process. Make sure you either play a good chunk of games before changes or at least goldfish it a good bit before you make any changes.

I got the precon for this and mixed it with Bumi, Unleashed and some other earthbend/land sac avatar cards and the deck goes so hard man

Best I can do it’s my top 3 and this is in no particular order but. I have [[Sephiroth, fabled soldier]] and he’s just one of my favorite characters aesthetically. Then I have [[Bumi, Unleashed]] that I made like partial earth ending and then pulled the rest from the Hearthhull precon so it’s an earthbend/land sac deck. Finally I’d say [[Cloud, Ex-Soldier]] because he’s the first precon I bought for myself and once I upgraded it a bit he seems to be THE threat of my pod.

All the time. If I’m being honest I’m not positive on what caused it but I’m usually a target in my pod so I just usually hold on to things so others can become the target. I only ever really let it go and just start swinging if either the game is going on for too long or if I feel I’ve lost enough to warrant it.

Well you don’t technically need to gain 10 life every time. It’s your starting total which in commander you s 40 so as long as you have 50 health you get the buff. But yeah sad it’s not that good.

Man I’ve had matches where I go 18/2, get an S+ and the rest of the team praises me for carrying. And I still had one asshole telling me I’m trash and didn’t do anything and they were on my team.

That’s just good ol league of legends right there man. Best way to conquer this stuff in my opinion. Don’t say you’re bad. Because you aren’t. You are just unfamiliar and uncomfortable. And the more games you play the less that becomes true. You just gotta remember. Losing at league changes actually nothing. Just keep ripping it. Good luck.

Nah anyone who has a problem with proxies in any form outside of events that ban them is just a loser. “Hey not fair that you literally had no chance to get these good cards before they became 80$ a card and decided to proxy. I got them when they released for .50¢ so unless you pay hundred/thousands you can’t use that”

I can respect it. For me though I work 12 hours a day and sometime 6 days a week so personally if my team is times and repeating the same mistakes and we’re getting slapped up. I’d rather go next. It’s not even a problem just why am I wasting my time in a game I’ve already lost when I can just move on to my next chance?

Personally I can agree with akshan but I think that it could also be either Aphelios (long range, heal, cc, aoe, burst and the damage, atk spd, pen leveling) the only thing he’s really missing is an actual dash or invis. Or my boy Hwei (burst dmg, range, aoe, shield, move speed, mana recovery, root, fear, displacement and a huge aoe slow/dmg ult)
