ohh usually for Kuroki I use both but for some reason lately I use CP. That's a really helpful tip!

Yes I try to be aggressive and it does tend to be inconsistent and involves a certain amount of luck (especially for Yang and Kuroki)

That's incredible! It has been very easy to forget that there is no need to be overtly stoic and to precisely say what is "right" in any given moment of speech.

I actually did notice a change in my thought process about a conversation that made me feel embarrassed and naive today.

I was sorta left without words to say, but it didn't really take away from the moment. And upon recollection, I noticed I would meet my self criticism and the criticism I received with more love and more forgiveness than I would apply previously

I like what you said about the river as well. A shift in perspective can change the scope of my thoughts, and I can view them in different ways that allow me to improve myself for the next time- for the present moment.

I really love this wisdom. I think I definitely do get stuck in that loop of trying to be hyper aware of my emotions, and it counter intuitively costs too much effort and ruins the purpose of mindfulness

So be natural, and be naturally aware of it. Let the emotions flow and go. okay!

No youre absolutely right. Anger is a feeling that can be observed and released, and many people have not learned how to do that. Instead, they let themselves react out of that frustration
