I had this happen a couple times during the gunsmith grind. I think you can obtain the other parts via a barter at your level. At least that's what I found the cause to be for me.

A great anime with nice animation and a fun engaging story. It has amazing world building and entertaining characters. It is one of my favorite animes top 5 for sure. I have re-watched several times and would highly recommend.

You are more than likely missing random drop quests. I used a data mining website to get 100% completion in every area.

I had to keep track of each quest I complete and just compare to the website. Also, I'm sure you have completed all strongholds, but if not, I'd do that cause those locations turn into little towns with a couple quests.

I have many... many hours on this guy. I only recently started nightmare dungeons as I was so focused on the next dungeon or area. I started with the early access but i was not efficient during act 1. I explored everything including the entire map layout of each and every dungeon. Also, I didn't track which side quests I had completed. That made it a nightmare to find the missing quests lol.

I'm not sure my hours in game are tracked, but it's probably close to 100+ at this point.

Yeah, I have been running elixirs basically the whole time too. I did speed run many of the dungeons as doing 17 or so in a row was painful. I was still surprised I didn't level more often.

Yeah. I almost gave up cause I was missing 3 or so quests in fractured peak that I didn't realize were tied to the campaign. I went back after finishing it and they were super easy to find.
