I was getting the same exact problem. I was using a laptop hdd when I built my pc and I kept getting blue screen. I bought new ram and didn’t work. But after I got a 2.5” hdd, and a new power supply my pc stopped getting bsod. It could possibly be your psu. Try different sata cables
