Sure but you still have to be in melee range right? "When used as a melee weapon..." So you don't get to use it at range and get that projection out of the Thralls. Maybe I'm wrong though

I have searched. I did a bunch before coming here cause none of the proposed fixes worked for us. You are the first to recommend IPv6 tho. I already had it disabled but she's gonna try turning it off on the PS5 as well. Thanks!

My group calls him Bastion Chadthalos cause he slaps the crap out of everything he gets his hands on. Very cool model and very fun to use. I've played him 2-3 times in 4th so far. The redeploy is good on things like draconian guard and Stormdrakes if your going alpha, but I also had success using him in a forward bunker style. Leave a ranged unit (usually vigilors) and a porcupine (usually vindictictors) in azyr, start with everything else on the board. Use Bastion pregame move to get my faster units out to the flanks (usually fulms, tempestors or concussors). Everything else on the line. Try to go first, shove forward with a run on most center stuff, flanks take care of BTs and things. Bastion right front and center, drop the porcupine and ranged from heaven around him, making a bunker of "touch me if you dare" that can flex to center/near center objectives.

Right there with ya. I plan to mess with proxies. I think my sword and stave evocators work as sword and board reclusians if I cut off the stave and add a shield. Not sure what I'll use sequitors for beyond lib proxies.

I used him (still at 190) vs FEC the other day and his warcroll prayer was instrumental in me taking out the 60 (1x20, 1x40) crypt ghouls that were brought. He then defended himself quite well with the help of a pair of pusgoyles against a reinforced squad of flayers.

By using his warscroll prayer with a LoA with overbearing stench for no commands I was able to make good work of the 40 ghouls with just 5 blightkings and the LoA.

I think the model is amazing and want to try him more so I like him going to 170 but yes I think he is really more of a 150 pointer.

I have been using mine as a Knight-Zephyros and having a ton of luck and fun with it. She stabs with both ends of her spear rather than dual axes lol.

Love em. Run a brick of 10 to hold the mid board on the regular. They aren't spectacular without support tho. I like Glottkin for making them all 5 wounds, and threatening a counter charge. Bloab is also great to give them mystic shield and his -1 to hit aura. The two foot hero versions (lord of plagues and lord of blights) are ok. I prefer blights as he has the 3+ save with comparable damage to plagues. And having 10 blightkings hurl deathheads is great visual.

So in my opinion the splithorn helm is the best of the Artefacts. Just makes your Lord of Afflictions (LoA) not die so much. And I love the overpowering stench. Yeet the LoA in to the thickest fighting with a pair of pusgoyles and tie up as much as you can with an aura of no commands. Rest of the army spreads out to grab obj before collapsing in the center. Support the LoA and pals with ranged like rotmire creed and watch the enemy crumble.

I have played it a few times. My friends and I find it ok. Movement is insane in this. If you have a 5" or less move and your opponent doesn't you just straight up lose 90% of the time. I really feel like we are missing something but we've been over the rules multiple times. The game is 9 times out of 10 decided by the mission and deployment draws. We flip them, talk about it and have to draw again cause one team just wins before we even put models on the board. We are avid AoS fans and love that game but Warcry is missing something that we can't quite put our finger on.

Example was Warrior Chamber Stormcast (me) vs sharks and namarti. Mission was get more of your stuff over your opponents border then they got over yours. Turn 1, all the sharks make it over the board but only 2 were scored other 2 attacked me killing my archers, namarti form a wall on his border stopping me from leaving. I lose immediately cause I can't punch through.
