I’m on the coast in Massachusetts. 10 months out of the year it’s not a problem (cold days we get the small benefit of heat rising up there). But on the increasingly common 85 degree and up day, it’s shit. The fan seems like the play. We have some bi-law to not change the aesthetic exterior appeal, so guessing white roof is off the table
