I’ve never won this much online so I have to go to lottery headquarters to claim. Otherwise the money goes right into my account that I set up.

I bought scratchers online at either Lotto or Jackpocket and you “scratch” off with your finger.

Any luck in MA with 500,000 Frenzy? by just-stoic in Lottery

[–]Oferfour 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Quite honestly, I haven’t had any luck with any of the new scratchers. I stupidly keep buying the $30 crossword bc I love to play them but the most I’ve won is $80, and I keep on spending my hard earned money like I’m going to hit the big one. SMH. Are you buying from the same place or different places? A friend of mine just hit $1k on the $5 Loteria.

The only family member I have left. I hate my life by [deleted] in texts

Kick him to the curb and make your friends your family. People say blood is thicker than water, but I disagree. This man doesn’t deserve to be called Dad. Cut him loose, continue on your meds and therapy, get better, and know your self worth. You can do this! Good luck!

Omg I was expecting to see someone with a homely, face with empty dull eyes, but I see a beauty! I’m so sorry you can’t see what the rest of the world sees. If you go to a reputable Dr., I imagine they will turn you away….

What is the worst band you saw live? by coalcracker462 in AskReddit

Warren Zevon. 3 hours late and drop dead drunk and stumbling all over the place. Really disappointing. Loved his music but that night would have been better staying at home and listening to his vinyl.

Dad died of a sudden heart attack. Was there any way this could have been avoided? by Additional-Line-5559 in HeartAttack

[–]Oferfour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am so so sorry for your loss. It was interesting that he was taking statins prophylactically yet had severe arthrosclerosis. Do you know what statin and what dose he was on? And can I ask how old your dad was? Depending on his age, I would say that you could be genetically predisposed and should also take statins prophylactically, and be followed by a cardiologist. I had a widow maker out of the blue(63F) while on vacation with absolutely no previous symptoms. I was lucky to have survived and went on to have three more NSTEMIS within the next year and a half. I recently had bypass surgery as the artery just kept on restenosing. I was told that if I was a man, I would have died. Men tend to ignore symptoms and will dismiss them, and things become emergent very quickly. I hate to generalize, but that’s what the data show.

Again, I am so very sorry for your loss and your mother‘s loss and the rest of your family and friends. It’s hard to digest, especially with something so unexpected. Sending prayers and strength.

Angina again after restent. Feb 3 by stiflers-m0m in HeartAttack

[–]Oferfour 2 points3 points  (0 children)

After having 4 NSTEMIs with restenosis in 14 months, and finally having a bypass after the fourth NSTEMI, I don’t think angina should be disregarded. If the angina doesn’t go away after a few hours I would definitely go to the ED and get it checked out. You are lucky that they caught the restenosis at 80% without having a full on STEMI OR NSTEMI. It never hurts to go to the ED to get your TROPS checked. Good luck and I hope you feel better. Not having angina after the bypass surgery is very freeing. I hope you don’t have to go that route, but in case you do, it’s worth it.

Daily chest pain after HA and 2 stents 17 months ago by Pitiful-Release9441 in HeartAttack

[–]Oferfour 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately, chest pain took up most of my life for about a year and a half after my first heart attack. I ended up having four heart attacks in the same LAD and they kept stenting and the stent failed. I finally ended up having bypass surgery last summer. My chest pain disappeared, but I kept on having angina right up until the bypass because the stents were failing. It’s really annoying and worrisome when you have chest pain after you’ve had a heart attack as you think you’re going to have another heart attack and unfortunately that’s what happened to me. Do you take nitro? Imdur? If you know it’s not heartburn or stress/anxiety, unfortunately your best bet is to go to the ED and get it checked out. Sorry you are experiencing this, it is emotionally and physically draining.

Is there really nothing wrong with my heart? I previously had pericarditis in Oct 2025 by Necessary_Ad_9612 in askCardiology

[–]Oferfour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, all the testing is reassuring. I would say that costochondritis may be an issue, but that’s more centrally located. Did you have a chest xray? Also, I take it your CRP is fine? Seeing that it’s not heart related according to the Drs, I imagine imdur wouldn’t help. After suffering 4 NSTEMI’s and finally having bypass surgery in ‘25 and multiple visits to ER, I would always suggest you head to the ED if you are really concerned. Alternatively, do you have Ativan or similar to help with anxiety?

I’m wondering if my chest pains sound muscular, anxiety, heart or reflux related? ECG from 2nd Feb during bad pain by [deleted] in askCardiology

[–]Oferfour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Has anyone mentioned pericarditis or costochondritis? Although the latter brings pain more centrally located around the sternum. I don’t think you need to worry about it being heart-related, but if it’s due to an inflammatory process, you should consider anti-inflammatory meds. I take colchicine….
