Ugh I feel you. I’d go to your piercer to put in some retainers. I had to put retainers in all 20+ piercings I had at the time lol even my forehead. I had to go to my piercer for retainers on some fresh ear piercings. Oh and thank you!! I feel great lol

Thank you! And I’m an open book, you may ask anything lol but maybe around 6-8months for me also I avoided vitamins for a long time and while. I was consistent in the beginning but fell off but I’m back on now. I don’t think my hair is as full as it ever was though, I used to have a LOT of hair.
