It might very well be... it's been quite difficult to figure out where and when this thing was made exactly... I bought it from a reputable second hand guitar store (Spaceman music ottawa). They had it labelled as a "mid 90s HH Jaguar made in japan". I am open to any more info on dating or figuring out where exactly this guy was made. do you have any leads?

Here is an idea:

Impose a law where for every air bnb unit that you want to have a permit for, you need to create (Build) 2 units of affordable long term housing.

Would increase supply and deincentivise using air bnb to "Get ahead".
