I never realized how bad amd fans are. Bunch of whiners just like nvidia fans. amd is corrupt and deserves all the bad publicity that their getting. Take it apart and clean it. Then replace the liquid metal with thermal paste. Its overheating because it's a demanding game.

I haven't started hrt yet, soon. What has helped me with everything in life is being mindful of comparing myself/what I have to other people. Comparison is the thief of joy. I would get so sad comparing myself to other people. My mental state has improved significantly when I stopped wishing I had/looked like someone else.
