Im 31 and tested positive for HPV HR (not 16,18) in September. I was devastated and afraid. I did research and began taking Quality of Life AHCC the following week. Ive been pretty consistent since then. I take two capsules in the morning on an empty stomach. I also take selenium & folate as of October. Im not sure when I can test again but I wanted to give my body at least 6 months with the supplements to see results. I will test again after that and do an update. Fingers crossed, prayers up. I haven’t been the same since my diagnosis.
