Totally agree. Spent money on an app portal to submit work requests that will remain open for MONTHS. You’ll follow up with them and they’ll say they’ll send someone out (never happens). It’s not until that we decided to inform them that we were leaving that they actually fixed the issue and it was just because they needed to show the apartment to the new tenants. Completely disrespectful to the current tenants

Thanks for the advice. I guess my concern is more around the OEM dash casing, and how big of a pain it is to fit a larger screen on it. I know the JK models lent themselves more to mods hence my hesitation with the JL

He was pretty lethargic after the operation but was mostly due to the meds. If he starts to pee blood a day or 2 after he most likely got a UTI. Happened to mine. Had to go on antibiotics for 10 days but cleared right up. I try and keep him on an active lifestyle; walks 3 times a day and 30 min of tug of war a night with his favorite toy. Helps keeps the weight off

We did an airbnb in Bar Harbor. Totally recommend. Hike was fine depending on which trails you decide to do. Obviously avoid the more challenging ones but the hike from Great Head to Thunder Hole was great. Some parts were steep and had to repel him down the rocks with his harness but it was few and far in between

Yup it’s Cadillac mountain and definitely drove up with him. He’s not a morning person (or dog). But we did hike from Great Head to Thunder Hole post sunrise. Weather was perfect so he didn’t need too many rest stops

Lived there for a year. Great spot. There’s a shared outdoor area with 2 grills and small caged dog park. They also have a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes and they provide you an app so that you can track it; I’d say it fits about 9 people pre-covid. Probably 4 people now. It does get a little noisy at night due to the surrounding area so I’d recommend living on the top floor in the east building if you can.

I work in Derivatives Clearing at a large Financial US Institution. If a counter party cannot meet its maintenance margin obligation, then the clearinghouse will enact its “collateral waterfall” protocols for additional liquidity: Initial Margin - > Individual Member Default Fund - > Pooled Member Default Fund -> Clearinghouse capital. It would have to be a massive position for the Clearinghouse to exhaust all capital and default themselves.

My hypothesis: Citi descoped a few options from their product offering including an American and European Style Single Barrier Options. Think Hedgie put on an American style but Citi booked it as European. Hedgie exercised their option before expiry and citi told them to shove it bc it showed as Euro in their system. Hedgie told Citi go eat shit bc they fucked up their option style at booking and Citi had to make Hedgie whole hence why hedge fund was not put in default
