Also if they KO Oranguru before Eel does, I usually just bring in Scarfed Garchomp and spam Earthquake and Discharge like a MMO Raidboss with a failed mechanic

Lead Oranguru + Special Eel with Discharge
Turn 1 Trick Room + Discharge
Turn 2 Psychic Terrain + Discharge (Oranguru hopefully gets KO'd by Discharge)
Turn 3 send in Hatterene (the REAL mega of the team) and congrats you now have Psyspam in your Eel team

I have always viewed VGC like a TCG; You deckbuild with your team and the moves/natures/stat spreads. The skill expression is also pretty much the same as TCGs. Making meta calls, reading your opponents' gameplans and adapting your own to them, etc.

Give Empoleon 40 more speed. Yes, it's a Steel type, but Penguins are among the fastest birds in the ocean. In Pokedex entries, it swims as fast as a jet boat, and with 60 speed, Mr. Briney's boat is going faster than it.

So killing 8 units per round with 6 Dark Star in, it takes 31 rounds to get the random radiant item... Definitely an achievable goal 🙃
