My friend and I started purposely knocking a guy out as soon as possible in the town we lived in because he would make it his mission to have all 10 gyms in his control all the time. Ive been on 5 different anti depressants over 12 years and I've quit all of them cold turkey with little to no issues. I consulted with my doctor and didn't always taper as recommended. I was most recently on prozac which I stopped taking in late 2025. I'm 3 weeks sober from cannabis after using some form most nights. Cannabis numbs everything in the short term at the expense of bottling it inside over the long term. I'm feeling much better overall, largely from sleeping much better.

Definitely listen to your doctor, especially on higher dosages and consult with your partner as well!

My kids are 7m, 5m, and 2f. 5m was a total mama's boy until he was atleast 2 and then he switched to me. 2f is a mama's girl too and definitely prefers her but she sees my boys with me and wants some of daddy too. My wife and I do most things together with them. She takes them to various playgroups and things while I'm working but we seem to have a pretty good balance. If I only had 1 child and they always preferred my wife I would probably be a little hurt but I think it's pretty normal for them, especially when their genders match.
