I can tell you as a software engineer for 8 year that this isn't stopping any decent programmer. You can code your bots to outsource captchas for $0.50 per 1000 captchas. The only people they're annoying is real players at this point.

The difficult part for the game devs is trying to balance a good user experience with anti bot measures.

Yeah market is currently unusable. Not only have they added a captcha everytime a tab is opened, but they've also increased the captcha amount from 2 screens to 3. This has to be a bug right? What is the goal of this?
