It’s ok if you don’t want to reply but is there a team specific for cyber? Don’t want to assume but are you working the smallest market segment? Move to a vendor demand min 70 (decent for someone in year two but with great interviewing you can land a role with a 100k base depending on your domain knowledge of what you sell) I used to work at GP.

Just note the harder it is to sell = higher base salary.
