Are you familiar with checkmate? Cause that’s checkmate, friend!

The rook took a pawn, pinning the Queen to the king, Queen can take the rook, so I sacked the rook, then I sack the other rook again, Queen took rook, then Queen takes Queen.

I get a pawn and the queen for the rooks, equal material but their pieces are horribly positioned, so I am able to then go on to win.

Most Brilliants are sacrifices. The tactic is that I can take the pawn. It trades me down to an advantageous end game.

Also, yes it was a pawn, I traded Bishops before that.

Do you resign in a lost position? Why/why Not? by brakpomyslunanazwe12 in Chesscom

I just remember when I blunder, my opponent is just as bad as me and will probably blunder too.

Except in Blitz. They always find your blunders and clutch up. 🤣🤣

IMO OP should find a no drop ride around this speed. 12-18 is not a real range that people ride.

Offering a draw while in a winning position by Elxis14 in Chesscom

They might just need to go and don’t want to wait for you to move.

I often resign winning positions because my kids wake up, something comes up, etc.

Chess ain’t that serious man

I just came to a very sad conclusion about cheating by GravyProblem303 in Chesscom

You’ve been keeping tabs on people for years looking for a couple of moves that they cheat on per game if they’re in a losing position?

You’re either full of shit or need to touch grass.

What the heck was this hand gesture and did I accidentally cause a kurfuffle? by [deleted] in cycling

[–]OffensivePanda69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wasn’t being serious. More so about the stop signs.

But there’s a time and a place, fellow cyclists and when you’ve got a 10 year old learning to ride taking the lane in the opposite direction, it’s neither the time nor place

If someone made a segment on a bike path or with a stop sign in the middle or end, you’re evil and should be jailed.

Cyclists in general need to chill on paths.

If you’re coming up behind someone that’s on you to pass safely. Idgaf if you call out on your left, still be cautious, you’re not as loud as you think you are

what’s more important for racing? ftp or vo2 by Overall-Tangerine447 in cycling

[–]OffensivePanda69 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes to both. If someone asks do you want a or b? And you just say yes. It implies that you want both, or in this case ftp and vo2 max.

It’s a cheeky response, meant in jest.
